Buyer Inquiry

The Buyer Inquiry section serves as a centralized tool for collecting and managing inquiries from buyers. It enables brokers to gather essential details such as buyer information, product specifications, and payment terms, ensuring a streamlined process for handling inquiries effectively.

How to Create a Buyer Inquiry

  1. Access the Form: Navigate to the Documents > Buyer Inquiry page and use the available options to share the form. You can click the Share Inquiry Form button to share the form directly, or use the Copy URL button to copy the form link to your clipboard for manual sharing.
  2. Fill in the Buyer Details:

    1. Company Name
    2. Contact Person
    3. WhatsApp Number
    4. Email
    5. Phone Number
    6. Website
    7. Country
    8. Industry
    9. Address
    10. Description
  3. Add Product Details:

    1. Oil Type
    2. Refinement Type
    3. Quantity Required
    4. Packaging Preferences
    5. Required Certificates
    6. Special Requests
  4. Include Payment Terms:

    1. Payment Method
    2. Currency
    3. Bank Name
    4. Branch Name
    5. IBAN
    6. SWIFT/BIC Code
    7. Holder Name
    8. Account Number
    9. Bank Address
    10. Additional Notes
  5. Submit the Form: Once completed, click Save to store the inquiry.

Managing Buyer Inquiries

Once the Buyer Inquiry is created, you can manage and track it within your platform. All your Buyer Inquiries will be listed with the following details:

  1. Buyer Name
  2. Product
  3. Inquiry Date
  4. Actions

Actions

  1. View Details: Click the eye icon to view detailed information about the inquiry.
  2. Delete Inquiry: Click the delete icon to remove an inquiry permanently.
  3. Create Buyer: Use the Create Buyer button to convert an inquiry into a buyer profile.

Additional Notes

  1. The Buyer Inquiry Form is assigned a unique ID for every buyer, ensuring precise tracking and management of inquiries. The Share Inquiry Form and Copy URL buttons allow you to generate a unique URL for buyers to access and fill out the form directly.
  2. Ensure that inquiries are reviewed regularly to avoid delays in response.
